Regarding the Black Witch and lvl 120 mount (Divine Bird)

Dear all,

As of yesterday my Thunder Breaker became lvl 120, but nothing have popped up, so I am wondering how to get the divine bird, what requirement do i need? Do I have to get the lvl 100 mount? And where to beat the black / dark witch. Is there something I have to activate?

Can anyone advise?

the problem about the mount has been solved. "you must have all the mounts before you can get the divine bird. "

still have no solution for the black witch, anyone? Or is this a new bug?
