These things are not enforced heavily by Nexon, but they ARE against the Terms of Service that has been agreed upon by the players. To say that "it's against the ToS means that we can't have it on this site" would mean that a LOT of the business on this site would be shut down, simply because we're already allowing other things that are against the ToS. But the difference is that it doesn't involve real money, so I guess they don't think of it the same way.

ok well look at it in perspective, selling nx is and has always been bannable. Your examples of sharing accounts and having mules buff aren't, in part because there is no real way of proving them. Not to mention severity, selling NX is much worse than those...IMO

buying and selling nx is not allowed on this site. Gifting is the same thing as selling nx. There i answered your question

i apologize for any confusion that the announcement may have caused. it has been updated for clarity. the final stance is that selling NX is prohibited with the exception of the MTS. feel free to drop me a pm if there is still concern over this.
